After a challenging Council process to achieve off-street parking and fit in with a heritage streetscape, this completely new compact 4 bedroom house took on a character of it’s own.
Despite a pitched roof form to the street, the rest of the house is play on light filled volumes within a cube form.
A massive gumtree shades the house at the rear, and hand-chiselled sandstone blocks from the foundations of a previous house on the site been re-purposed to form a lovely textured wall in the rear garden.
